  • There are too many old women in the Super Falcons who needs to retire and make way for younger players, we all know that the transition will impact the team negatively by way of loosing their dominance in Africa but with good planning it will only be for a short time. If we don’t do it now the team will continue to struggle and loose matches against weaker sides.

      There is a way to do transition that will not affect the performance of the team. Is by replacing those players one after the other, you will keep mixing them, the will be benefiting from the experience of the older ones until the young ones takeover. For example the person that will takeover from chikwuelu supposed to be part of the team by now playing some minutes until she finally takes over
