Manchester United goalkeeper Senne Lammens has disclosed that the Red Devils can bank on Benjamin Sesko for goals this season in the Premier League.
Sesko has provided Fergie-time heroics in two of Carrick’s first five matches – this time netting a 96th-minute equaliser to break West Ham hearts. He also came on from the bench to score the winning goal against Fulham.
Sesko, 22, has started on the bench in all five matches of Carrick’s tenure, and came on as a late substitute in every fixture except the head coach’s Manchester derby opener.
In a chat with the club’s website, Lemmens described Sesko as an important player for Man United.

“Honestly, he has been like this the whole season, even if he’s starting or not starting.
He knows how important he is for us, even when he’s not starting, like today and against Fulham.
“Because in the end, when we need a goal, we can always count on him. So that’s why he was important today.
“He did his job well, but I’m sure if he starts, he’ll also do his job. It’s nice to be able to count on him on both occasions.”
