Ligue 1 giants Olympique Marseille have emerged as the leading contenders to sign Sevilla striker Akor Adams this summer.
Marseille are reportedly targeting the Nigerian forward as a potential replacement for Mason Greenwood, who is expected to leave the club before the start of next season.
Sevilla Willing To Sell Striker
Sevilla are willing to listen to offers for Adams, with the proceeds from a possible sale expected to help ease the club’s financial difficulties and provide funds for squad reinforcements.
According to Spanish outlet OrgulloBiri, the Andalusian club have placed a €30 million price tag on the striker.

Should the deal go through, Sevilla would make a substantial profit on Adams, having signed him from French club Montpellier for €5.5 million in January 2025.
If the transfer is completed at the reported fee, he would become Sevilla’s third-most expensive sale of all time, behind Jules Koundé’s €50 million move to Barcelona, and Diego Carlos’ €31 million switch to Aston Villa.
Adams Not Interested In Saudi Move
Clubs in Saudi Arabia have also expressed interest in Adams, but the striker is believed to favour staying in Europe, a preference that could scupper a potential move to the Gulf.
The 26-year-old enjoyed an impressive campaign last season, finishing as Sevilla’s top scorer with 10 goals and three assists in 32 league appearances.
