Fulham sent scouts to watch Porto’s clash at Moreirense on Friday with home striker David Teixeira a rumoured transfer target. Portuguese newspaper Record says the Cottagers were among the clubs represented by scouts for the 1-1 draw in the Primeira Liga on Friday.
There could have been several players the Fulham scouts were looking at, but it’s thought Teixeira is high on the club’s list of future targets, and he caught the eye, scoring on 79 minutes to give Moreirense the lead.
Teixeira has hit four goals in 13 appearances in all competitions for Moreirense so far this season.

Hector Herrera equalised for Porto – another possible player being watched closely by Fulham – while a couple more of the visitors’ line-up, Alex Telles and Ivan Corona, also enjoyed good games.
Record says there were also scouts from Watford, AC Milan, Atalanta, Real Valladolid, Celta Vigo and Montpellier present at the game.
