“My son will stay at Liverpool. We have not discussed any possibility of him leaving the club this summer.”
The family confirmed there are no ongoing negotiations or active offers being pursued.
Meanwhile, Liverpool manager Andoni Iraola has already said he is determined to keep Alexis Mac Allister at Liverpool.
He said: “I think Alexis has been one of the best players at the club for the last few years, and he has had a very good World Cup, so it is normal that other clubs want our best players.

“It always happens in other markets. But I want to keep my good players. I’m looking forward more to signing new players rather than losing the ones we have here.”
Mac Allister represented Argentina at the 2026 World Cup in the United States, Canada and Mexico, helping them reach the final before losing 1-0 to Spain. He also played a key role in Argentina’s 2022 World Cup triumph in Qatar.
