However, rumours the Brazil ace is unhappy will not go away and he has been linked with both the Catalans and Real Madrid at times this season.
El Mundo published a story on Friday suggesting his father, Neymar Sr, has been in touch with the La Liga champions at least five times to try and secure his son’s passage back to the Nou Camp.
However, in a blunt retort on Twitter, he twice called it “fake news”, suggesting the South American will continue to fight for the PSG cause.
