The Nigeria Rugby Federation has unveiled the country’s senior men’s team Stallion 7s’ squad for the 2025 African Cup in Mauritius.
In a post on the federation’s X handle, 12 players and two reserves were unveiled.
The 12 players are Matthew Ilube, Isa Omale, Richard Adeniyi-Jones, Olukolade Adedoyin, Declan Nwachukwu, Gabriel Etim, Joshua Adams and captain Kitto Oliver.
Others are Anthony Egodo, Oghenesuvwe Obano, Frederick Henry-Ajudua and Akeem Yusuf, while the two reserves are Michael Ogunwole and John Anthony.
The team will be led by Steve Lewis with Azeez Ladipo as the Team Manager.
This year’s tournament will run from 21st to 22nd June.
The Stallions are in Pool B with South Africa, Zambia and Burkina Faso.
