Remo Stars, second on the log, recently lost their unbeaten streak to Nasarawa Amazons but have won their five home games this season.
Both teams battled to a 1-1 draw at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium, Benin City earlier in the season.
Nasarawa Amazons and Confluence Queens will clash in the North Central derby in Lafia.
The hosts have won all five home games this season, and sit third in Group A.
Confluence Queens, who occupy bottom spot in the group have won once in five away fixtures.

In Group B, FC Robo Queens will host unbeaten Rivers Angels.
Robo Queens are unbeaten in their last two games, while Rivers Angels have been impressive on their travels.
The Port Harcourt club are unbeaten in their last 10 games (W8, D2), with four away wins and one draw.
Rivers Angels claimed a 4-2 victory in their first fixture in the first stanza.
Leaders Bayelsa Queens will look to maintain their unbeaten streak when they host Benue Queens.
The Prosperity Girls have impressed on the road with three wins and two draws.
They thrashed Benue Queens 5-1 in the reverse fixture.
