I said this yesterday and I’m so glad that Okoye is dreaming big. This Okoye will be a fantastic golie under good goalkeeper trainers.

You have to believe in God first and believe in yourself as well and then you dream big and take the risk.

I am expecting the sports minister to also looking into the goalkeeping department. This is the most weakest link in the Super Eagles team.

This is so sad. We have better ex goalies that can surpassed coach Agu’s achievements. I will recommend Enyeama and Ikeme for the position. We can’t continue like this. We have young goalkeepers that are ready to make Nigeria and Africa proud but our coaches are letting them down.

These our coaches are just earning our money for not doing their job. That have to be changed. If coach Agu can not do his job perfectly, it is better to replace him. God bless Nigeria!!!

You might not realize this, but you are calling on the federal government to look into a playing position in a particular sports in Nigeria? A whole government minister! Wow! what a waste of government resources if that should ever happen. I hope he does not listen to you but spends his time to prioritize the development of sports in all the nook and crannies of Nigeria. Like how does the nation tap the abundant talents in its 200 million citizenry? How many sporting facilities need to be upgraded to world class level? How can the states be helped to push for sports development up to the grassroot level? How can we find more talents to become world champions in various sports in the future. How can we improve the nations standing in the Olympics, All Africa Games etc. Hope you get my drift.

That question of the goalkeeping position should be directed at the man paid to deal with it. GR. The minister of sports for a nation of over 200 million hopefully should be too busy to care about that.

Have we had any meaningful keeper since Alloy Agu became our goal tender trainer of Super Eagles?

I think they should bring in another person that is willing and ready to help us source for world class keeper in the class of Eyeama.
