Super Eagles goalkeeper Maduka Okoye has returned to full training with Serie A club Udinese after recovering from a shoulder injury, Completesports.com reports.
Okoye sustained the injury during Udinese’s pre-season training camp in Austria and was subsequently placed on a rehabilitation programme under the supervision of the club’s medical team.
The 26-year-old has now linked up with his teammates in full training as he steps up preparations for the new season.

The Nigeria international is yet to feature in any of Udinese’s pre-season friendlies as a result of the setback.
Okoye is also expected to sit out the upcoming friendlies against Barcelona and Nottingham Forest, with Udinese unwilling to rush him back into action.
The Zebras are keen to give the shot-stopper enough time to regain full match fitness and avoid a recurrence of the injury.
Okoye is, however, expected to be available for Udinese’s first competitive game of the season against Padova in the first round of the Coppa Italia on Saturday, August 15.
