Iwobi is enjoying a new lease of life under Lampard. This is gud. We are praying for this situation to continue.

    • Bros, is he a marker? If you don’t understand football, watch another sport abeg.

@Sam… Midfielders regardless where they play have to mark and press opposition these days. Even attackers drop to help in marking…

        • “Who did he maek? ” who must he mark..?

Iwobi played good football in that match with Manchester City.. so what`s up with that dude’s denials..?

Iwobi has been consistent since after the AFCON/Lampard’s emergence.. Truth be told.. If things continue for him the way it is biw, he’s going to impact positively for Nigeria in the world cup play offs with Ghana.

          Let’s encourage our own..

He won’t play against Ghana. He is serving suspension for the red card from AFCON.

Please can somebody give us full info of YELLOW AND RED CARDS SITUATION in the Super Eagles so that they will not go and feature a banned player against Ghana like Iwobi.

Who is one card away from missing the second leg etc.

We don’t want stories that touch the heart like Shehu’s case in the last WOW.

  • Some enemies of progress have chosen never to see anything good in Iwobi. That is their problem anyways. There is a thin line between constructive criticism and running another person down. But it takes common sense to identify the boundary.

Una think say to play ball dey easy? Go play ordinary monkey Post, you go fainth.

  • When a player does well let us encourage him. He did well. Simple.

Friends I am looking at this selection for eagles against Ghana.

    1. Usoho (please okoye should not start. He still lack confidence. He will grow)

    2. Aina

    3. Zaidu ( because of experience. I would have gone for bassey)

Two central defenders should be omeruo…he is having game time…he did well at afcon. Balogun…if he is fit. He is having game time too. Please don’t use ekong… He is not having game time presently. If we use him, na calamity. If balogun is not fit, we can just put bassey in that position.

    Midfield

Ndidi, etebo ( if he is ready. If not Bonke.. he is playing regularly in France. Onyeka is not playing again. I would have loved Kingsley Michael too for what he did against CV but he is injured now)
Aribo ( should play behind oshimen and should replace iheanacho in that position. Iheanacho should not start. We need to see aribo behind the main striker)

    Wings

Tough here. Moses Simon on the left. He is on fire now. Dennis bin rhe right… He is fit and he is good. We have forgiven him. He dribble..more direct and he can score goals. Will really compliment oshimen well. Chukwueze should not start… Let him come in. Ademola lookman should ne available to come in on either flanks. He is also a great player but I see Moses and Dennis ahead of him for now.

    Striker

Of course oshimen if he is fit. If not, let Dennis come in. I believe he will do better than onuachu for eagles. Awoniyi, sodiq can watch to see how they fit in. What about baba ighalo, he can always come in when the situation warrant it.

Note: This can be altered based on formation.
