Rivers Hoopers forward, Devine Eke, has joined the Milwaukee Bucks for the 2024 NBA Summer League scheduled to get underway on Friday July 12 2024.

Eke was instrumental to Rivers Hoopers finishing third in the 2024 Basketball Africa League.

The D’Tigers’ forward whose service was sought by The Bucks and Dallas Mavericks before eventually signing with the former, averaged 16.6 points and 10.8 rebounds per game.

“I heard great things about the Bucks and the people at the organization. My goal for Summer League is just trying to contribute to my team winning,” Eke told ESPN.

The 27-year-old guard has had stints in a few clubs abroad. He has played for Maine Black Bears, Rider Broncs, and Radford Highlander.

Eke’s Bucks will open their NBA Summer League in Las Vegas with a tough test against the Chicago Bulls on July 13th. The following week will see them take on a variety of opponents including Cleveland Cavaliers, LA Clippers, and Phoenix Suns.
