However, speaking directly after the game, Ronaldo played down fears he had suffered something serious, claiming he will be back quickly. “I’m not worried about this injury and I’m not afraid, I know my body well. I think I’ll be fine in a week or two,” the Juve ace said.
Juventus will now be keen to get him checked out quickly to determine the full extent of the injury. But even if Ronaldo is correct, it would make him a doubt for the Champions League clash with Ajax.
