Ronaldo: I prefer To Watch Boxing On Tv Than Football

Portuguese and Juventus star Cristiano Ronaldo says he prefers to watch boxing or UFC fight to football.

Ronaldo is regarded as one of the greatest players of all times.

In a career that has lasted close to 20 years, Ronaldo has won five Champions League, Premier League, FA Cup, Laliga, Serie A, UEFA Super Cup, FIFA Club World Cup and the European Championship.

He has also been crowned FIFA Player of the Year five times.

However, when he was asked what his favourite programme on television, Ronaldo said he prefers to watch combat sports.

“Playing football is my passion, but I prefer watching other sports on TV. Between watching a football match or a boxing or UFC fight, I choose boxing or UFC,” he was quoted by Goal.

“When I was at Manchester United, a coach boxed with me. I think practising boxing is useful for football because it sharpens your senses and you learn to move.”
