One cap Super Eagles winger, Samuel Chukwueze scored the match-winner for Villarreal in Sunday’s 1-0 win over Girona in a La Liga clash reports Completesports.com.
Chukwueze scored in the seventh minute to take his tally to five in 19 La Liga games for Villarreal.

Osimhen has now scored 13 league goals in 27 games this season for Sporting Charleroi.
In Denmark, Paul Onuachu was missing in action Midtjylland’s 2-0 win over OB Odense.
His compatriot Frank Onyeka scored Midtjylland’s second goal in the 58th minute after Jan Poulsen had struck the opener.
In France, Samuel Kalu was left out Bordeaux’s 3-0 loss away to Saint Etienne in a Ligue 1 game on Sunday.

My people!!! I’ve been noticing something o! and it about SAMUEL KALU shocking absence of recent in his club. Ever since he came back from injury and his Mother’s Kidnap issue died-down, He hasn’t kicked a single stone for Bordeaux and we can’t afford to take a match rusty player to AFCON o! If the situation continues like this till the end of the season, he should be dropped from the AFCON squad and we should dare not make the mistake of dropping SAMUEL CHUKWUEZE cuz he’s the only player apart from KALU that can take on opposition-defenders one-on-one.
Samuel Kalu can’t be dropped from the team bar injury setback. He is not playing because of injury and a fit Kali is better than most of our wingers. You haven’t truly seen this guy’s football potential, hence, your assertion.

Rohr can’t take more than 4 wingers to AFCON, with Moses injury free I don’t see Rohr dropping him again after he failed to make the world cup. So chukwueze may join the u20 for the world cup.
I dont see why moses simon should be in the supper eagles among all our wingers i think he is the poorest. No good crosses no perfect dribbling and doesnt know how to play along with team mates since rohr have been using him. These are my first choice wingers÷ henry onyekuru. Musa ahmed, samuel kalu. Samuel chukwueze and alex iwobi these guys a far ahead of simon
3 players that have been missing consistently since the international break: Samuel Kalu, Taiwo Awoniyi and Kenneth Omeruo. None have featured in at least the last 4 games for their clubs.
As for Moses Simon, what he has over the other wingers on the left hand side (Ahmed Musa, Henry Onyekuru and possibly Alex Iwobi) is that he is the most suited for the wing back on that flank. He provides better cover defensively if a change in formation is required and can be a replacement for Jamilu Collins in am emergency.
Henry can play both left and right wing as well as centre forward, Musa also can play left wing or striker. Alex Iwobi combines left wing with attacking midfielder.
On the right, Samuel Chukwueze combines right wing with attacking midfielder whilst Samuel Kalu combines right wing with right wing back.
They all provide different options and the managers task is to blend all the options to create the team.
It’s not as easy as one is better in one position than the other
Difference between local and foreign coaches. I think your opinion will only happen with a local coach. Rohr will choose based on fitness, talent and game plan. Personally, I think both Kalu and Chukwueze would make the Afcon team. Chukwueze is our best talent at the moment, Kalu is also high up. Simon too is highly regarded. Difficult one but if all are fit then my bet would be on Kalu and Chukwueze.
You’re quite right. ALOT of players and wingers ahead of Chukwueze, i guess he has to wait for his time, perhaps join the u20 n u23 sides. I dont think he has convinced Rohr to displace other wingers and strikers, notwithstanding his fine form with his la liga side.

Most needed style of play in futbol is iwobi kalu eze pattern because it create and cause even opponent attackers to go defending so our goalkeeper and defender wil be safe…only the brainy ones or people without an ocullar problem will understand this my analysis.
