SD Huesca Reacts To Nwakali’s Allegations

Spanish Segunda Division club SD Huesca have reacted to allegations made by their former midfielder Kelechi Nwakali, reports Completesports.com.

Nwakali was initially suspended by Huesca after returning late from the Africa Cup of Nations in February.

The Azulgranas announced the sacking of the player this week with few months to the end of the season.

In a statement released by Nwakali on Wednesday, the player claimed that Ruben Garcia, Huesca’s sporting director, tried to prevent him from going to the African Cup of Nations as it wasn’t an important tournament in his book.

The former Arsenal player also said Huesca pressured him to sign a new contract, even withholding pay to try and force his hand.

The club denied all the allegations made by Nwakali and insisted that it lack veracity.

“In relation to the statements made by Kelechi Nwakali today after the early termination of the contract that linked him with SD Huesca, the club wishes to express its total rejection of their lack of veracity, all with the total conviction that the club has acted at all times with the utmost respect for the player,”reads the statement.

“Although, and given the seriousness of some of the statements made in the statement, this club reserves the exercise of any actions it deems appropriate in defense of its legitimate rights and interests.”

There is no clear basis for the termination of the contract tho but I think they capitalized on homeboy’s late show up after the Afcon…….It’s like they were waiting for him to play into their hands. Sick with no medical report na u go lack veracity last last……Honestly the club can take whatever decision of that action of showing up late. Just work hard in your next club bro.

This is not the first time Nwakali has been accused of returning late even before the SE call up. Nwakali is very undisciplined, I remember how he left Porto to fly to owerri because hes uncle was getting married. After that trip Arsenal decided to get rid of him and Porto told him not to return to their Team B. Not to forget that he had Visa issues then but he still travelled to Nigeria. I hope he doesn’t end up as one of ‘those player who never fulfilled on their potential’. How can a player so talented be so reckless. Rumours flying around says he is about to sign for HJK Helsinki in finland.

Shameless fraud throwing senseless tantrums all over the place at old age….LMAoooo

Hehehehehe……even Aubameyang, the captain of Arsenal lost his armband and eventually got fired from the club for reporting 1 DAY LATE to the club.
Mr 0 goals 0 assist in 3 seasons reports late 2 WEEKS after national assignment with a basket load of lies and expects to be given a hero’s welcome as per the only player from Huesca to be an international…?

You claimed to be sick at AFCON, yet you were listed, dressed and was in the lineup for all 4 matches at afcon. The last time I checked, sick players where requested to be placed in isolation till they get well, according to the medical protocols of the tournament. The likes of Awaziem, Collins who were truly were made to observe such protocol. Part of the protocol also request the national teams’ medical team informs CAF medical subcommittee as well as the parent club of such players via the team secretary. These are just simple basic administrative exercises that validates and give official backing to whatever happens to a player on international duty. People dont just do whatever they like out there.

None of these happened, you turn up at your club after 2 weeks with a concocted medical report claiming you had respiratory infection…..LMAOooo…you were taken to the hospital and placed under medical supervision for days, with series of confirmatory tests carried out and it was discovered you are just a blatant liar….you never had any illness…LMAOooo.

A typical case of a rodent who is being chased by an hunter, yet bathing itself in paraffin….LMAO

I dont wanna know how good you are as a player or what has transpired between you and the club before, you will definitely be slammed with a suspension for such acts of unprofessionalism. If you like release a media statement claiming the land on which the club’s stadium was built was donated by your family. Even in corporate workplace environment, you dont display such nonsensical behavior.

The fact that he even took a matter than was already in arbitration to the public domain already demerits whatever case he thinks he has as it shows contempt of the arbitration process.

You are not a super regular, you are not productive, you are not a first time offender, this isnt not your first case of lateness/absenteeism, your last two contracts also ended with abrupt termination, your career is yet to take off yet you have these much baggage with you already……God help you!!!

The club has done well not to join issues with him. He should take his Argumentum ad Misericordia media rants to FIFA and CAS if he thinks he has a case.

Some people should just learn to live right and do right. Its as simple as that.

  • Nwankali tried to play the whole ‘racist Anti-Africa’ card. Well I will like to see what the CAS would rule on but Nwakali seems to be on a downward spiral atm.

WELL CLEARLY THATS WHAT IT IS. THEY HAVE NOT JUSTIFIED WHY HE WAS FIRED. SO CALLING OUT SICK IS NOW A CRIME. HE WILL WIN THIS CASE IF HE GOES TO COURT, JUST SHOW THE PROOF THAT HIS PAYMENT WAS BEING DELAYED AND OTHERS WERE GETTING THERES ON TIME. WE JUST LIKE TO RANT WITHOUT MAKING PROPER FINDINGS
