‘Why Huesca Terminated My Contract’ —Nwakali

‘Why Huesca Terminated My Contract’ —Nwakali

Super Eagles midfielder Kelechi Nwakali has explained why his contract with Spanish second division club Huesca was terminated.

On Tuesday, Huesca in a statement released on their website, announced that they have terminated Nwakali’s.

And in his reaction, Nwakali took to his Instagram account to explain why Huesca decided to end their relationship with him.

“It comes with huge regret that I am writing this message after SD Huesca announced the
termination of my contract.

“I have kept silent out of respect for the Huesca fans and my teammates, but I will no longer suffer in silence. The time has come for people to know the truth and why these past few
months have been awful for me and my family.
In Dec 2021, I experienced the biggest honour
of my life after I received a full international call up for my beloved Nigeria. But the joy of this moment quickly came crashing down when the club’s Sporting Director, Ruben Garcia, put extreme pressure on me not to go to AFCON due to it ‘not being an important tournament! He told me that if I go to AFCON I will not play for Huesca again. This behaviour and the lack of respect shown to my country Nigeria was truly heart-breaking and it was just the latest example of the club attempting to bully me into getting their own way.

“Then, on the last day of the transfer market
(January 31, 2022) when I was in the process
of returning to join my teammates at Huesca,
Ruben Garcia rang me to tell me I had to leave
the club after a late offer came in from another La Liga 2 club. He threatened that he would not pay me if I did not leave the club. The option that was given to me was leave or we
will open up disciplinary action. Before
January 31st, I was never told by the club that
they wanted to let me leave in January and
this was not a decision that I felt was right for me at the time.

“After returning to the club on February 1st,
Ruben Garcia and the club’s lawyers opened
disciplinary proceedings against me, suspending me from training and banning me from the training ground. As a result, I had to seek the help of the Spanish Footballers Union (The AFE) who have been in an ongoing dispute with Huesca. After over a month passed, the club allowed me back into the training ground but have been forcing me to train on my own and have not been allowing me to use the facilities or receive treatment from the club physios.

“Throughout this time, Huesca have not paid
my wages, yet I have remained silent hoping
that a reasonable resolution could be found.
But yesterday when l turned up to the training
ground, a member of the club tried to force me
to sign mutual termination papers which
refused to do. I have a family that depends on
me, and no player should have to go through
this inhumane treatment.

“I will never regret my decision to represent
Nigeria and all I want to do is get back to
playing the sport I love.

“Lastly, I want to thank the fans and my
teammates of Huesca who have been
amazing during my time here. I have always
given 100% for the club, despite my treatment
over the past 3 years.

“God Bless,
Kelechi Nwakali.”

If they truly tried to stop him from going to the Afcon then this club and it’s coach or whoever it is is a piece of shit. There’s always 2 sides to a story and I’m not absolving Nwakali of any blame but I hope you get a club and attain that height that you are suppose to achieve by working extra hard. You track record with clubs is what most clubs will follow before taking a risk on you….So I will advise you work extra hard in whatever club you find yourself.

@Dr.Drey… Even God cannot help you. You are really a very bitter human being.

Ok. Chidkebere Nwakali is playing in 3rd Divison Saudi Arabia, and Nwakali Kelechi has put Huesca behind him.

We know those ones, what are you about your own life? I think responsible folks on this forum has found you out to be very strange and often illogical.

So the whole thing the boy said about being owed and how he was evidently being bullied from what he said, draws no pity from you?

You have been hiding behind keyboard and blasting people, let’s know what you do in your own life… if you got spine, show your face and yourself.

You appear educated but your manners are very gross for what you claim to be… guy, sometimes when I read from you it draws a lot of pity to what goes on in your life.

I wish you well brother… a normal human being can’t be this negative and bitter. So Kelechi Nwakali is not enough, you have gone to bundle his elder brother into the whole thing also… Kai… na wa to you o!

    • JimmyBall 2 years ago

You talked about his elder brother because you don’t know how to mind your business.

You are rude and childishly uncourth. If you know what life is about you won’t go bashing people about their personal lives the way you do.

If you know how to read you will know it was Nwakali that struck out the rest of his arsenal contract on promises and advice from Huesca.

Being that you struggle to read and comprehend you have to twist your own tale of it. You have a pathetically egoistic jaundice eating you up.

Guy you as as fake and fraudulent as they come… Lol.

Hahahaha…..useless fool. If you knew anything about life you wont be dishing out lies after lies in public….LMAOoooo.

You mates are doing great things to put their names in the global space, you are on CSN seeking validation with white lies and bragging about having a Norwegian Visa……LMAoooo

You should listen to your own advise most times, because you are a pathetic hypocrite….LMAOoo

Multifaced liar is talking about being rude, childish uncourth, bashing etc….the height of hypocrisy…. All the insults you rained on Ahmed Musa when he took a new wife are still here on CSN, your insults towards the likes of Okoye, Ekong, Ighalo are also well documented….I guess they were songs of praise in your ears when you were vomitting them….LMAooo

The whole world knows the fake and the fraud we have here….the ones who claim to play football at the highest level, the ones who claim to have watched Thompson Usiyen while in their mothers wombs, the ones who claim they could juggle soccer balls a thousand time at the age of 7 when most kids cannot even successfully count to a thousand yet…..LMAOooo. The ones who will be James Idoko in the morning, jimmylie at noon, Mahmud Shauibu in the evening , Musa Yahaya at night and 1-naija in the midnight.

The world knows who the pathetic multifaced fraud of this forum is. You even shamelessly impersonated me just to insult me, as if we wouldnt decipher it was you….LMAooo

That is how fermented your brain is.

Facts and merit are trumping the lies and emotional sentiments of his tin-god….LMAooo….Idiot cannot bear the pain any longer…..LMAOooo

Sorry ehn…..get some pain relievers to sooth your pain and humiliation.

  • MOTION 2 years ago

Quite reasonable but hash.. Everyman with his own shoe knows where it is paining him kelechi should quickly sort out his career before it is too late.

Dr drei, u shuld enkorage Nwakalie. Jost bekos he is not your klient dos not min you shuld tok bad. Jost bi gided.

The part that I disagree with is on Chidiebere Nwakali. Stories from Saudi Arabia are that he has set the division 3 league on fire. He is known as Nwakali the alsatian hound because if his defensive bite. In fact, rumours making the rounds are that he will soon be invited to the Super Eagles.
So never take players for granted.

    Fabricated story

  • Dr. Drey 2 years ago

No one knows you. You will never measure up to 1 in 1000 of the achievements of this young man.

It is only here that you will ever amount to anything. After a week, no one will read this comment again, but guess what?… At least 200million people will remember Kelechi Nwakali for another 20yrs at least.

By the way, have you eaten today?

  • JimmyBall 2 years ago

@Dr.Drey… You know nothing about football so when next you make your usual noise on this forum atleast behave yourself.

I will put Nigeria failed QUALIFICATION to Qatar on you because you laid out a template for player invitation that was very fraudulent.

You applauded Rohr when he was calling up inactive players and recycling the same average players for 5years while shutting out real talent.

You bashed me for over 3years for daring to clamor for Junior Ajayi, then Nigeria’s best player on the continent of Africa. Did you now see that an Ajayi would have been more suited to African football that most of your weakass top 5 league pretenders of players couldn’t cope with?

If not for Pitso Mosimane, Junior Ajayi would still be a starter for Al Ahly till date. But since he was not Egyptian to have been untouchable and unfortunately in his case a Nigerian, Mosimane had to put him to the sword to bring in his own players and countryman.

Where is all noise about top 5 league players who could not find their playing boots against Ghana for over 180minutes? Hahahaha…

In AFCON, Tunisia shut your snout up about top 5 league noise, you met Ghana, they bang your head on that again, and before then, Sierra Leone and CAR have a made an idiot of your top 5 league nonsense that even you felt ashamed for that players like Awoniyi and Simmy were never a beneficiary of. Is it little wonder that the likes of Victor Ikpeba have seen that Victor Osimhen is still a baby striker with his “hasty rush and shoot” kid frenzy.

Since our players hate to listen to truth, Victor Osimhen has gone on social media to insult Ikpeba for telling him the truth how to play mature and better. That Victor Osimhen’s petulant attitude like a kid complain to referee that a bully is harrasing him and taking his sweets won’t take him anywhere. Let him learn to play mature football like Ikpeba who stands tall as an African Footballer of the year has advised…

Oga, na now you know that parrot no sabi anything about foot. It’s just a noise maker and lie as usual. Let him continue to recommend top 5 league for the super eagles.Am happy the truth is now coming out. The club knew exactly what they were doing

      • Dr. Drey 2 years ago

Okponu….you wey sabi football no be us teach you wetin player-coach be for football…??? LMAOoooo

        Olodo rabata….LMAoooo

Please stop inviting top 5 leagues players to the national team ehn…invite your useless family and the rest of your village instead.

Yea, the club knew exactly what they are doing, that why they’ve fired the arrogant liar from their team. He should go and play for Real Madrid since that where he thinks he belongs…..LMAooooo

  • Jimmy I beg free that guy. The inherent bitterness within am no be here.
