Paul Onuachu will be harrying for his fifth goal in five Belgian First Division A games on Saturday when his club, KRC Genk confront home side, Standard Liege, at the Stade Maurice Dufrasne, Completesports.com reports.
Onuachu started his career with the Belgian First Division A side on a slow note, but since he opened his goals account for Genk whom he joined this summer, the striker has vastly improved.
Prior to the international break, the Nigeria international netted twice to help Genk pick up a 2-1 win over Royal Excel Mouscron – amassing four leage goals, and will be hoping to increase his goals tally against Standard Liege.
Onuachu has also scored one one goal for Genk in a Belgian Cup match.
It is also worthy to note that the Super Eagles forward has made just two starts from his four Belgian top-flight matches this season which is equally quite impressive.
The former FC Midtjylland of Denmark centre-forward bagged his seventh Nigeria cap when he featured as a second half substitute against Brazil in an international friendly match in Singapore on October 13 which ended 1-1. He has scored one goal for the Super Eagles.
