Coach Nduka Ugnade, you are doing well.
You work so hard to get to this level, and of course, Nigerians are solidly behind you to go all the way.
    God bless Nigeria

Nduka Ugbade like Manu Garba is the only reason I smile for Nigeria football today. The sports minister that I use to like broke my trust after witnessing the basketball disaster that happened under his nose. Super eagles Pinnick on the under hand doesn’t wanna stop being side coach. If Northerns must play in the team they need to present proper players that will add value to the team e.g is Alhassan. I like Sanusi’s input in the team because with him we have a player that can fill left back against any team in the world but with Shehu I don’t know what to say. As for Musa if we are spoilt with choice let us let him retire so that the other boys will grow into their own mentality. Nigeria need to respect Dessers as well because Belgium will be targeting us most especially now that Lukaku is under fire whiles Dessers is the highest goal scorer at an European club tournament. Nigeria should have sense let’s fixed this loopholes and should let everyone function at their capacity with interference and the basketball body should start working on our to get back and be included in the basketball family so that we can start getting back to our best. Basketball banned in Nigeria is a major disaster that must be tackled. There are people who love basketball like football even though football is the highest in Nigeria. This one there’s no argument.

Why keep faulting the sports minister on the disbandment of the basketball teams. Yes its painful but when you have brainless elements fighting for 2 good years on who to run the affairs of the NBBF and several attempts have being made to squash whatever it is that the issue might be. But they don’t care, so the world body can’t recognize 2 board members. So for me the minister did what he felt was good for the team. Ban them for 2 years when the tenure of those parading themselves would be over. And start afresh

      • Man, do you realize what that ban will cause for the present and the future of our basketball? Those players (mostly foreign based) that took pride in elevating the country’s image were left devastated by a federation that knows nothing about sport. Do you know how many year ban that will be handed to Nigeria by FIBA? No one gave a thought of what will happen to those girls’ career. Beheading is not the solution to curing headlice. I weep for those girls who gave everything for useless nation.
