Flying Eagles head coach Ladan Bosso has said that his team have their sights firmly set on winning the WAFU B U-20 title, reports Completesports.com.
Bosso’s charges will confront the Young Squirrels of Benin in the final of the competition at the Stade General Seyni Kountché, Niamey.
The Flying Eagles are unbeaten in the competition so far with two wins and one draw from three outings
Bosso’s boys started their campaign with a comfortable 2-0 win against perennial rivals and defending champions, Black Satellites of Ghana.
The Flying Eagles sealed top spot in Group B with a 2-2 draw against Young Stallions of Burkina Faso in their second game.
Bosso’s team survived a tensed semi-final clash, edging out Cote d’l voire 2-1 in extra-time to qualify for today’s final.
A win against the Young Squirrels will cap an outstanding tournament for Bosso and his boys and the gaffer is upbeat they can achieve their objective.
“It is clear that Nigeria have an exemplary track record. The main objective is achieved. That of qualifying for the U20 AFCON in Egypt. We have fantastic players in our squad,” Bosso told CAFonline.
” The man of the match came from our team in each of our matches. We have gotten only two yellow cards so far. This means that we are a fair play team. It also shows that Nigeria have a strong team.”

Anyone knows Where to watch it and at what time pls?
What is your plan B if Daga and Alhassan are “Caged”
Good question
I have watched all the three games they have played so far.. daga is not their star player.. the star player in the team is their number 11 and number 10, sadly the number 10 has not performed well in this tournament, and these things can happen in any tournament.. the number 9 also has not done much, he has not scored a single goal in the tournament.. there are some players we have not seen much who are really highly rated by bosso, players like the number 9,10, and no 7.( I don’t know their names but have been following the team).. hopefully come the final game they would finally perform well. The no 7 has two goals but all are through penalties, he wasted so many chances in the last match

Cheers… @Dr.Drey and all the Rohr acolytes, una never thank me since for providing links to this WAFU B U-20 games consistently here O!
Does anyone knows what Pa Rohr is up to these days? I heard Mali did not even list him… baba don cashout from NFF confusion… Amaju pinnick will forever lived to curse the day he smuggled the Desert Ninja through Chad to Nigeria… Lol.
@JimmyBall, thank you for the link. Malians are not stupid. They were not about to hitch their wagon with someone whose trophyless record is as long as my arm.
Nigeria 1 : 0 Benin (half time)
Red card for Benin no 17 ( I wasn’t sure that hit his hand)
Nigeria has been poor from my assessment. Daga is playing well as usual.
Where are you watching it share the Link

The Flying Eagles have been business like in the first half while Benin were playing to the gallery without necessarily hurting Nigeria.
Bosso’s boys are definitely giving us Nigeria fans a bang for our bucks with this focused play. It hasn’t been pretty but it has been productive.
This kid, Ojo [No.17 jersey] is something else! Unbelievable strike!! It had everything, pace, power, precision. Great goal by Ojo!
