Watford Must Stick Together Despite Poor Run — Dennis

Emmanuel Dennis says it is important for Watford to stick together following another defeat against Millwall on Saturday.

The Hornets went down to a 1-0 defeat at The Den with Ziam Flemming scoring the only goal of the game from a free-kick

Watford have now lost five of their last six Sky Bet Championship games.

“Everyone is disappointed with the result. No-one is happy, we just have to look to the next one and make things right,” he told the club’s official website.

“When you concede in the first five minutes it’s hard to get back into the game. We tried, we fought to the end, but we didn’t score or get the three points which was the most important thing for us. We need to get ourselves together. It’s not been easy this period, we’ve lost a lot of games, but we have to stick together and try to come back to winning ways.

“We need to be more calm. We’re losing the game and we want to win, so we do everything in a rush which is one of the problems. It doesn’t matter if we are losing, we just have to play as the coach instructed us to play. We just have to keep calm and wait for the right moment, create the chances and score.

“Today was a bit rushed so I think we have to work on that and try to do better, get the three points and make the fans happy. We’re confident [we can turn things around].”

It mustn’t always be insults. When the whole team works as a unit, everyone has an opportunity to learn from each other which tends to lead to an improve performance. It’s more like saying an understanding between inputs towards sustainable deliveries. I think we should go with Dennis on this despite his unavailable when he was seriously needed in Cameroon during the 2022 Afcon. He remains a formidable player.

So sharaap na insult ba? You people are very funny, if you have nothing sensible to say why not just sharaap?! And btw- learn to make sense because what you put made no sense at all – only a battyman like that arafra krumblie would understand that kind of yarn because he is used to such being a backdoor bandit loool!
Word of warning – protect your back (in case you are a man) when you smell that bandit about hehehe

Point of correction Mr. Blessed. It wasn’t Dennis that refused to honour nff invitation to play for the senior team. It was the nff that left it too late and it did acknowledged that fact. I can still remember Claudio Ranieri, Watford Coach saying…”We were ready to give over the player(Dennis), but the football federation didn’t act within time”. That is the true position. Teamwork, sure.

Hi thanks for the clarity. It’s really cool keeping the record straight inorder to avoid unnecessary blackmail.
