Former Nigerian international Yakubu Aiyegbeni has told Super Eagles head coach Finidi George that managing the senior national is no walk in the park.
He made this known on the backdrop of the team’s failure to beat South Africa and Benin in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
Recall that Nigeria played out a 1-1 draw with South Africa before losing to Benin 2-1 on Monday.
Speaking with rg.org, the former Everton striker stated that it’s not easy coaching the Nigerian national team.

“Listen, it’s not easy coaching the Nigerian national team, and that is the first thing you must know. I like George because he was an unbelievable player.
“When I came to play with him, he and the likes of Jay-Jay (Okocha) were my seniors, but they were unbelievable. Great guys and proper Super Eagles, as we used to call them,” he said.
“So being a Nigerian, I’m happy he got the role. He has other coaching roles on the side, so it tells you he’s into football. I saw their game against South Africa, and I thought they were a bit unlucky, but he’s a great guy.
“I want to send him my best wishes and hope he succeeds because if he does well, we will see the real Super Eagles. Let’s pray for him to succeed,” he said.

Please tell him – it’s not everybody that has played in Europe and at the highest level has the brains to be an elite coach – in Finidi’s case it is not his load –
Ko’n sheru re!
This matter for don dey rest small small nah!
I sometimes feel some of you don’t read extensively or are just being sentimental to issues of national importance.
Why do I? See, even the mighty Italian national team side missed out on the last World Cup finals after losing 1-0 at home to North Macedonia(minnow) in their playoff semi-final as Aleksandar Trajkovski’s last-gasp strike earned the visitors a famous win. It was without doubt their worst loss in 112 years of Italian football history and still Coach Mancini continued at his duty post, and there was nothing like sack him, appoint an African coach, foreigner et’al…
George is less than a month and besides losing to Benin, had done fairly well so far.
In all honesty, he would need more time on the job for us to better assess him. And besides all that, we can’t now go back on indigenous coach, so we win, draw and lose with our own.
@Oseodion Inegbenebor Ogbeni! You are a vermine on this site a real parasite. Oga we missed last World Cup that is enough you animals always seems to try and sabotage us before world cup come next qualifiers another story of rebuild this is how we will miss every world cup with this your stinking thinking. Oh boy you are an animal and your words are not needed here. We Missed last World cup and were on the right track for this one until NFF sabotaged our efforts with this your Ice age mentality.
Look here Qatar world cup was enough we must go to this one, we missed Qatar and built a strong group of players and we need to see the likes of Osimhen and Boniface at the World Cup while they are still agile not old.
SA Went to World cup with a European and White coaches only once they wentv back to Indigenous did their football die down now they went for a Foreign and he is reviving a dead team and threatning to bundle us out embarassingly and your shameless ass is coming here and trying to insinuate that we must be okay with missing 2 back to back tournaments????, We need Herve Reynard because he has done it 2 times in AFCON and went to WC with Saudi Arabia and Beat Argentina, Hugo Broos only has 1 AFCON. Nigeria Needs Herve Reynard or a coach in that ilk any other explanation from parasites like you is just trying to excuse criminality.
Are you even a human being or a dead brain walking. Fool of the highest order
Everywhere in the world…You how we recognize small minded people on every forum like this one “when every word that comes out of their mouths is laced with insults and name-calling. Uneducated people with little home-traing. What has the beautiful game of soccer gat to do with insults? Kai…it can only be Nigerians.
Finidi will continue! Even I don’t think he has the charisma for the role but as it is the case worldwide, coaching a national team has nothing to do witth finesse and none of us know the players more than Finidi. Besides, what gives us the right to win all games or everything in life. Na only us God create? Please lets watch our filty mouths…the whole world is watch. God bless our Super
Eagles!
NO MATTER HOW HARD YOU TRY, YOU CANNOT PROMOTE A DONKEY TO A HORSE. FIDIHE GEORGE IS NOT A COACH AND IT IS AN INSULT TO EVEN REFER TO HIM AS ONE.
Finidi George ma k’eran bayi o….I remember about four years ago, he was angling to be U17 coach…..
I have warned Finidi George but he did not listen to me.
I saw this coming and I said it on the forum that If the Kasala busted, nobody will called NFF name but Finidi.
He should resign this week if he have an image to protect.
See how the Oga Rohr followers have been mocking our own wotowoto lol. It is well. Ire o. God bless Nigeria!!!
You warned which Finidi…..LMAooo….You saw what coming…?
You that you were here singing Finidi’s praise just last week and bragging how finidi will shut Oga Rorh’s fans up for good….LMAOoo
This dude is a serpent. You are worse than the devil himself. You should be ashamed of yourself as you have just show no one should ever trust you nor rely on your sense of judgement.
Omo9ja shut up that silly mouth of yours. Have you forgotten how you said any coach can do well with this team except rohr? You clearly boasted than we would win Benin. You and that foolish clown called jimmyball and that old swine called odegbami wanted rohr gone. Was Amunike no part of the coaching crew that failed to qualify for the last World Cup? Is finidi not our own anymore? Shut up that dirty pit toilet you call a mouth. Rohr will come to uyo and win as long as finidi remains. I’m yet to see that clown called odegbami write anything. Even when rohr won games for us, he would still come out to write.
Omo9ja you did not warn anything. Let’s be consistent. If you get it right say it but if you get it wrong admit it. Nobody go arrest you now.
Though I believe this should not be about rohr or presenting him as a genius here. Capital no to me. He is not. We gave him the opportunity. Look at what played out for him:
1. About 5 regulars out injured and away from the team. Oshimen, awoniyi, ekong, sanusi (some people can now see that sanusi is even better to be present in that defence), Moses Simon
2. We employed a clueless coach. A baby coach.
3. The clueless coach failed to use a pattern that will accommodate the strength of the players he had with him.
While not taking away any plus from Rohr for the victory but it does not make him a genius.
Did I not warn Finidi on this platform?
Ah, ębọlę nbę kę. What do you people talking about? So, you pretenders want me to support Finidi just because I want our own to manage Super Eagles huh?
As a Nigerian, I only wished George the best but I preferred Amunike to Finidi.
What is happening here kę. I don’t think I can take this anymore. Fighting your battle every year still you black people has refused to say thank you to me.
Happy celebration to you Oga Rohr followers. I gave you Amunike but you pretenders rejected him, so did I support the appointment of Finidi?
I supported Amunike to carry on but you pretenders and NFF turned the offer down so, what do you pretenders talking about now kę?
Amunike should replace Finidi before it is too late.
We don’t need a foreign coach. Oga Rohr came, what did he do ?
Paseiro also came, what did he do differently?
Sports minister have to make a bold step to make Amunike the next coach of the Super Eagles.
President Tinubu should replace NFF board before our next match.
It is not logical to see a foreigner to rule our beloved country, Nigeria and if that is a taboo then an African coach or ex players like Amunike or Siasia should take over the Super Eagles.
If NFF say no to Amunike, Siasia will be available soon. Then Oga Rohr will regret when he come back to Nigeria for the second leg of the world cup qualifiers.
Oga Rohr fans will regret their actions soon for supporting Oga Rohr but for now, keep enjoying yourselves.
I have no problem with foreign coaches but enough is enough, we have the best among our own to do the job but it is quite unfortunate that the current NFF board won’t hire the best indigenous coach for Eagles.
For that reason, Amunike/Siasia or nothing. Ire o. God bless Nigeria!!!
Amunike/Siasia or nothing.
If we give them the job and they fail peren, you will change mouth again.
The way you change mouth ehn? Vin Diesel in Fast and Furious can’t switch lanes faster than the way you change mouth. Chameleon sef no fit change color the way you change mouth.
Haba, you no dey taya? Na so so lie lie full your mouth. Omo9ja, why?
Up till now, you refused to give Rohr the credit he deserves.
A honourable man is honest and fair, and will humbly admit when he is wrong.
Omo9ja, your behaviour so far is not honourable at all!
You keep saying IRE O, IRE O, IRE O.
How can we have IRE when we close our eyes to the truth? When we pervert justice? When we shun what is right?
Change your ways! Do better!
@omo9ja this campaign of yours is not logical for 1 it means you do not care about Nigeria as you claim you do, @omo9ja my dear brother Nigeria does not need a local coach Nigeria needs a foreigner infact every other Country in Africa can operate with a Local coach for many reasons But Not NIGERIA for Many REASONS!.
PEOPLE Clmouring for Local Coach just remember as much as the last 2 friendlies hurt what will hurt more is when It is Confirmed that we will miss out on 2 WC in a row and by our own doing NFF and fans clamouring for Local coach when they should be logical
At Omo9ja SA football was Dead because they adopted your way of Reasoning it is only when they stopped lying to themselves and Brought a European coach look at what happened they are paying like Man City. At Omo9ja I would like to plead with you and the likes of @Kenneth and that Ode @Osedion to restrain yourselves fro contributing to our downfall in our golden generation. @Omo9ja the only coach SE needs now is Herve renard (2 time AFCON). Nigeria will do well to learn from a world class coach than to try and oppress them when they get the job. there is a saying if you can’t beat them join them, Or Keep your friends close and your enemies closer.
If Europe is such an enemy to your people (when in actual fact you people are turning out to be the real enemies of progress) why can’t you people reason that we should keep them close and learn from them instead of frustrating them when they are here and arrogantly feeling a clueless man will do better just because he played ball UNDER A WHITE COACH!!! IN EUROPE!.
If we are so much better than Europe why are we always watching their ball during international breaks?. you people should reason well mehn! haba!
Hmmmm Nigerians and senitments oga Ayegbeni you way run go Europe nko you for play out your career in NPFL na WETTTIN CON HAPPEN NA!!!! ODE!. This real Eagles these people talk off I am yet to understand the meaning or are they blind to see that it is lies.
Okay look at SA when they had a Foreign coach Carlos Quieros, that was the only time they qualified for World cup the other time was Clive Barker (Whiteman) they sacked them and reverted to local coaches what happened? Then they reverted back to A foreign coach and what is currently happening he is reviving a team that was dead for years and, they are threatening to bundle us out embarrassingly from World Cup. Nigeria’s own is that we are good but NFF with the help of some Nigerian public is systematically trying to destroy a wheel that should me moving like a well oiled machine with a solid foreign coach. Yet even THESE DAFT BAfOONS like some of the ones that sold us out in 2010 WC to South Korea and the ex class of 94 are hell bent on allowing SA become more of a force in ball than Super Eagles.. nawa oo let us see how it will end my patriotic Nigerians let us see na. No be siddon look mode we day?? LOOOOLZZZZ YEYE DEY REALLY SMELL NO BE SMALL OO
What is the problem of the super eagle????
Definitely the problem is not in the attack. SE boast of the best stickers in Africa and one of the best in the world. The likes of osimhen, boniface, awoniyi etc are strikers that create fear in the heart of defenders.
Can it be said it is the goal keeper? No, with okoye exploit in Italian league and nwanbali performance in the SE it is safe to say that department is secure
Afcon had shown the defence can hold it own with the right tactics and formation.
The two WC qualifying matches showed that the team has exciting young midfielders in onyedika, basiru and Alhassan. Adding them to the usual guys, that department is good to go.
Consequently, the SE inability to get good results is an off the problem. The administrators failure to employ a quality is the major problem bedevilling the team
I just spoke to phlip troussier some few minutes at his base in Vietnam. And he said so many things about Nigeria. He said he was able to camp eagles in Cote D’Ivoire for a week and not Lagos. Dey only come to play and they won all their games to qualify for France 98 .. using the style those players don’t want to play .
He said that is the reason Nigeria are losing points now .
Because they want to play the way they like and they are not together as a team always.
He said if they don’t camp for two weeks they will not be able to take on Rwanda Even if man city coach was invited to take the job
He said eagles is one of the easiest team in Africa to coach with the stars they have playing in Europe but if dey must win a game as the case they are in right now the team shud camp for two maximum week to get 3 points in March 17 against Rwanda and come home to win Zimbabwe.
He said he will be coming to Nigeria to see the president because he met him on flight in morroco in 1997 wen he was coming to take on eagles job den. Though he said he is not interested anymore coaching national team in Africa.
If we had a good fa, we ought to be able to camp the team for 2 weeks. After all, premier league and German league and few others have ended 3weeks before the wc qualifiers. But Gusau will not want to because of the money involved
In fact he said fA shud approach clubs of each players to release them for the two games. Because if they fail to win Rwanda Nigeria shud forget 2026. Even if it to camp in morroco.near Europe. Monday to Thursday release Dem to club and again Monday to a come back to camp Monday for a week training fly to Kigali to win .. and that play off shud not be on their mind because only one spot is available for Africa team .that 9 group wil produce 9 teams altermatecally .as 1st group leader.
and some teams are already on 10 points . The only advantage is that in eagles group the difference is just 4 points gap between the teams except the Zimbabwe team .
You see, @Sportradio88.0 fm, my brother Finidi’s quality and experience are not at the SE level yet, but the big elephant in the room is Gusau. He can’t spend money and can’t release it. He’s just too much of a frugalista. Penny wise, pound foolish kind of person.
Gusau, who waits until the 11th hour to do anything to save money, even if it’s to sabotage the country, cannot amp up any team for two weeks. The cost will be like murder to him. With his destructive frugality, he has bungled the qualification of all the men’s/boys’ teams, and he’s currently doing so with the SE.
The problem is Finidi. The bigger problem is Gusau’s “money-saving” decisions that boomerang badly.
The irony is, where is the saved money? And the whopping $40m cashout from the Afcon silver win? He and his board of looters are chopping up and won’t say a word. Tinubu needs to act now and damn the consequences!
We Nigerians are two faced and will complain about anything and everything.
We sound like twatasia holes
This omo9ja is mad man every time he warn people. Today he will be here the next time he will be some where. One hardly understand what he is saying at times rubbish.
I thought Finidi would have adopted the last coach, Pesseiro’s defensive pattern for the games against South Africa and Benin knowing fully well, that,we had not won a single game coming into these last two games. And because, before the next game comes up will be next year, which he would had enough time to try out his own style of play on the team by the way of friendly matches. And for the fact that he was an assistant to pesseiro and also to a very large extent, the defensive pattern he adopted at the last afcon got us results,Finidi ought to have learned from that.
Complete Sport, why are you blocking my post nau
Emmanuel Amunike was rejected outright despite all that he did for Nigeria as a player and a coach.
He should be re-engage to lead us in the remaining matches.
I love Finidi as a player but I think that Amunike is more exposed as a coach.
As a player, Amunike was known as a rapid raider and that was why Barcelona
hired him.He loves offensive football
and we can see that from the way he trained his World Cup-winnng U17 team.
He is also a good reader of the game and did very well as the coach Tanzania
Please has ODEGBAMI written that his long empty epistle since last Friday????
I wanted him to come out and prove how a mechanic coach like Rohr should tutor their best coach they presented before over 250million people.
Rohr took time and mentored NFF and odegbami Best coach some football lessons…. The Best way to show your arc enemy that a living dog is better than a dead lion. Hahahahaha.
Imagine how a grand father of over 70 years single handedly outclassed NFF, odegbami and omo9ja Best coach with unknown players playing in the back water of European clubs.
No wonder Rohr use to qualify NIGERIA with game(s) to spare…. Rohr is a good coach…. It was NFF that misused him.
He used to make qualifying for tournaments look ordinary.
Under rohr, qualifies used to be a stroll in the park….. We know Nigeria will qualify was our song.
We never panic, we never use calculator, there was no combination and permutation under FINIDI GEORGE lecturer oga Rohr…. He never demanded for Messi or Ronaldo to turn qualifiers into interhouse sport competition…. LoL….
Give me Rohr at 90years I’ll choose him over all the present NFF local coaches….. Yes I said NFF because we nigerians know fully well that Nigeria doesn’t have any home base coach presently, any home based coach presented before nigerians is NFF coach not Nigeria.
Rohr though I’m not happy that it actually happened in such a time like this, but thanks once again for letting them to know that we were actually right when we said FINIDI can’t qualify Nigeria to the world cup just like Eguavoen.
Home based coaches has nothing to offer…. They’re clueless and doesn’t understand the basics of football.
I was actually thinking by now NFF must have finished typing FINIDI’s sack letter..
Send him to oga lecturer Rohr for more football lectures on tactics.
The other time it was an unknown Tunisian assistant coach that singlehandedly used a COVID-19 team to dismantle 9 CONSOTIUM NFF hired to assist a clueless self and NFF acclaimed technical adviser.
As if that wasn’t enough, the worse Ghana team took him to kindergarten and taught him the ABCD of soccer just to prove that the cry of some of us that we don’t have home based coach is actually true.
This is an eye opener….
Who’s Benin republic to defeat Nigeria in the first place if the right thing was done in time.
Let me still alert you people again just the same way I told you guys that FINIDI can’t take Nigeria to the world cup after NFF forcefully appointed him as their coach
Write it down today, if FINIDI is not fired before our first AFCON qualifies in September, Nigeria will definitely loose or draw that match….. Mark my words.
I said it against Tunisia …
I said it against Ghana….
I said before Benin and s. African games…
I’m saying it again as per September AFCON qualifiers. We’re losing or drawing that match even if we’re playing against Seychelles….
If e no be Panadol, e no fit be Panadol….. Home based coach is home based coach bra
***SHALOM***
@Ose Odion,
Oyes! I saw that very game. When you live in Palermo, the Azzures become your natural team, you would have no excuse than to follow them. The N. Macedonia defensive performance on the night was awesome. Aleks strike in the second minute of the added time inflicted injury to Italy especially that N.Macedonia were ranked 60 places below Italy in the FIFA rankings. The white folks believed in continuity while some blacks have this slave mentality but lets wait to hear from the Minister for sports.
It was in the spirit of continuity that Finidi was appointed i.e., progressing from where his predecessor stopped and going above and beyond silver medal/increase in fifa ranking, so saying he needs time to settle doesn’t cut it at all. You live in Palermo, I’m sure you also work and thrive there based on your skillsets and not skin color. Majority believe in competency – the best person for the job – irrespective of skin color, tribe, gender etc. When it was time to appoint him “continuity” was the slogan, now ‘slave mentality’ is the new slogan to deceive ppl into retaining a total failure.
You didn’t disputed the fact Italy lost to N. Macedonia with their local coach, Mancini who was retained afterwards. Anyways, it is the Minister for Sports we are waiting for. Among other things, I would like to what yardstick he’s using to measure time in proportion to performance. What you and I know is, Coach Finidi was recently appointed and for that, it’s always advisable he’s given sometime to perfect his philosophy. The match against Benin was just because of defensive errors from our proPlayers as none expected Finidi to enter the pitch to defend.
Finidi George is clueless coach who hasn’t any thought about coaching ; he has committed many errors and mistakes on the two matches of Super Eagles versus South Africa and Benin , these mistakes as follows : he has put Tanimu as right back , Oseyi Samuel as left back he is right footed put in wrong job, he has put Onuachu instead of excellent attackers Boniface and Moffi, he has put 4-3-3 formation which SE have forgotten for two years that means ex coach Peseiro has been putting or playing with 3-4-3 or 3-5-2 so SE do not habituate , so he should have put 3-5-2 or 3-4-3 which SE has played with them on the last AFCON. 2024 , he has put two attacking midfielders who were Alex Iwobi, Fasayio Dele Bashiru with Ndidi as defensive midfielder, he should have played with two defesnsive midfielders just as Ndidi and Onyedika with one attacking midfielder, he has changed Moffi lately instead of shaky and heavy player Onuachu on South Africa match; I plead NFF to sack Finidi then they must hire foriegn coach instead of him , I recommend to Domenec Torrent or ex French coach Raymond Domenech who have merit to coach SE , so NFF must put huge money to recurit one of thoes two veteran coaches; if NFF leave Finidi coaching SE he can’t qualify SE to the next World Cup also he can’t qualify them to the next AFCON. 2025 in Morrocco , NFF must sack Finidi promptly…
The problem of super eagles is the NFF, coaching, and the player. We all know that NFF IS CORRUPT. This is a big problem. if not NFF won’t keep employing incompetent coaches both local and foreign (most foreign coaches employed by NFF have used super eagles to build their CV). This is a fact that nobody can deny.
Coaching: As of today, only Amunike, at least based on his ability to have qualified Tanzania for the nations cup is the only local coach that has any experience or anything like technical ability to probably coach the super eagles. The only other probably person is Siasia. Apart from these two, any other local coach cannot and do not deserve to coach super eagles. Even the ones coaching our under 17, 20, 23 both male and female don’t deserve to coach the youth teams of Nigeria. Our local coaches never upgrade themselves, majority of them are arrogant, and they are corrupt.
Amodu won trophies in Nigeria. He won African cup winners cup beating the North Africans. This experience helped him succeed as a super eagles coach. Keshi was not called the “big boss” for nothing. Chris Udemeze, Paul Hamilton, and even Westerhof relied on Keshi to bring sanity to super eagles camp anytime you have players who try to cause problem. Even on the pitch, they relied on Keshi to organize the players and ensure they played to instructions. Little wonder he succeeded as super eagles coach. The players feared him and dared not disobey or disrespect him. As a coach he called the shots whether good or bad and their was nothing any player could do about it. He knew what he wanted from his players and he went about to achieve it. That is what makes a coach. Just as Westerhof did! In these instances the super eagles succeeded because the players feared the coach.
However, in the case of Finidi, the players don’t fear him one bit and they will never play for him. Finidi didn’t even cover himself in glory. I mean, how can a whole Finidi, a Euprpean champions league winner with Ajay, nation’s cup winner, and arguably the best outside right player in the world during his playing days, go and be fighting for a Portuguese player’s jersey with his own player (Moses Simon) after an international friendly. That was the height of embarrassment by a Nigerian coach. This was one criteria that the NFF could have used to disqualify Finidi from being appointed as coach of super eagles. I mean, how can Finidi fight for jersey with his players and expect these same players to respect him or listen to his instruction and direction.
The players: I have already given some reasons why these players are also responsible for the current woes of the super eagles. In the ’70s and ’80s we had Odiye, Usiyen, Chukwu, Okala Muda Lawal, Odegbami. In fact in every department of the team we had leaders! And these generation of players won the nations cup. In the ’90 and 2000s we had Keshi, (he transitioned from the 80s to the ’90s as a leader of super eagles), Eboigbe, Omokaro, Nwosu, Rufai, Oliseh, Okocha, Okechukwu, Kanu. We also had leader in every department of the team and they won the nations cup and played in numerous finals. After the 2000s, we had Mike Obi, Ahmed Musa, and Enyeama. They also won the nations cup and went to the world cup. But this current team, I very sorry apart from Ekong, they have no leader either on or off the pitch. As a result they will always struggle. To make matters worse, they are not dedicated or committed. They know they have no coach that can’t bring out dedication or commitment from them. They also know that there is a corrupt NFF somewhere that can’t develop the spine to enforce a destabilizing but positive change. So to them, just as it is with the NFF, it is business as usual and they don’t care whatsoever for the emotional trauma they cause Nigerian football fans.
The only coaches these current super eagles fear are oyinbo or foreign coaches. Even if the coaches come from South Africa or are chosen from division 3 or 4 leagues in Europe, for as long as na white skin the person get, the players will respect and fear them. To these current players, our local coaches know nothing (but this is a sad truth) about football and they are not worth dying for. This is one of the reasons they played like pregnant women even after falling behind against Benin. But this were the same players who worked themselves to death at the nations cup, even while playing a suffocating pattern!
In all, it is evident that wee can do nothing about our NFF and corruption. But we can do something about super eagles coach. It is either NFF employ a foreign coach (from all indications, that is what the players want), or if they can’t, give the job to Amuneke or Siasia (that is after August, if they so choose to keep the job vacant till after August). But any local coach that clamours for the super eagles job must first go and win African Champions’ league. This should be the yardstick for employing a local coach as super eagles coach. The African Confederations cup should not even be part of the yardstick for selecting super eagles coach! Merit, merit, and merit, should be the yardstick for employing our national team coaches.
@Josh Amunike and Siasia are not what Nigeria needs now. Do you think Bafana Bafana is that good?. Did you watch them play they are playing like Man City. The beginning of wisdom is when all you racists Nigerians realise that your Indigenous brothers cannot do shishi for SE without Exploiting SE that is the beginning of Wisdom
Oga! the only coach Nigeria needs now is TWO TIME AFCON WINNER HERVE RENARD. THE ONLY REBUILDING THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE IN NIGERIAN FOOTBALL IS THE CULTURE OF FAIL WITH OUR OWN. INFACT IF THER IS A SAYING THAT REEKS OF SABOTAGE IT IS THIS RIGHT HERE
@ Ugo Iwunze, please read my post carefully again. Simply to comment on my post you’re calling those who have opposing views to yours racists. But you ended up throwing out your own preferred coach for the super eagles. In what way is this your behavior different from that of a racist. To you, for as long as Nigeria don’t employ Harve Renard, all other foreign coaches are bad and not qualified to coach the super eagles. How is this not a racist talk?
This your Harve Renard, has he won the women’s world cup France? Simply because he has won the nations cup on 2 occasions he must be employed as super eagles coach. If this is the case, what do you expect Hassan Shehata, the coach who won nations cup 3 times for Egypt to do.
Please let us take emotions away from the appointment process of super eagles coach and discuss purely on merit and objectivity.
Thank you.
Foriegn coach must summon vetern players like Ahmed Musa , Victor Moses , Odion Ighalo, Igho Ugbo, Tosin Adarabiyio , then he must dump Paul Onauchu , Benjamine Tanimu, Semi Ajayi, Kelechi Iheancho, Osayi Samuel…
Mr Hassan! Hope you know what you’re saying? Summon who and who? May be you tell him to summon Rasheedi Yekini and Samuel Okwaraji….
Please just keep quite!
