The Super Eagles of Nigeria earned top spot in a number of major statistics at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, reports Completesports.com.
According to information on the Confederation of African,CAF, official website, winger Ademola Lookman finished the competition as the best playmaker, with four assists.
The Super Eagles were recognised as the highest-scoring team with 14 goals.

Éric Chelle’s side also enjoyed the highest average possession in the competition (66%).
The three-time African champions were also the team with the most consecutive wins (five) in Morocco.
Nigeria finished third in the tournament with the Terangha Lions of Senegal winning the title for the second time.
