Former Ivory Coast star Yaya Touré has lauded the decision of Ghanaian forward, Antoine Semenyo to join Manchester City this January transfer window.
Recall that Semenyo was handed the iconic No. 42 shirt, last worn by Ivory Coast legend, Yaya Toure, at the Etihad.
Reacting via his X handle, Yaya congratulate the forward, praising both the move and the continuation of what he described as the number’s African heritage.

The forward arrives in outstanding form after scoring 10 Premier League goals in 20 appearances for Bournemouth this season.
