  • Belgium FA have made up their mind to give Gift Orban a call up to their national team…..It is already widely wispered in Belgium and it might be as early as the next international Break….. But our NFF don’t even know Gift Orban yet…..who do Us like this?

    • Now ask me who has more top level strikers between Nigeria and Belgium?

      • @Akp I always agree with you because when it comes to gauging modern ball matter dynamics I definitely think you know your stuff if that happens that Belguim get Orban and Gasau and co allow that to happen I will personally go to glass house and burn it down myself.

However i will disagree with you in one matter at present Nigeria have better quality attackers than Belguim. Belguim’s Best forward is Lukaku and Lukaku admitted himself last season that Osimhen stronger than him.

        • You can not quantify the number of top level strikers Belgium has because they have at least a Belgian striker in almost all the clubs in Their league which to me is top level…… Belgium also has many young strikers in top leagues who have not been given the opportunity with the national team yet due to Lukaku,Batswahi,Benteke,Trossad and Co……My point is if Belgium can accommodate Gift Orban then Nigeria can definitely accommodate him!

        • I agree with you interms of quality of strikers we are ahead of Belgium but Interms of Quantity they have more top level strikers in Europe.

Quantity and quality we are better than Belgium in that department!

WE ALL KNOW THAT NOT ALL THESE STRIKERS WILL MAKE IT TO AFCON. BUT WHAT WE ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT IS THAT: What is the business of inconsistent, irrelevant & bench-warmer players (like Onuachu, Aribo, Musa, Omeruo) are doing in that team. Though we appreciate them for what they have done in the past. BUT NOW, WE TALKING ABOUT PRESENT FORM.
** SIASIA was converted from SUPPORTING STRIKER to MIDFIELDER in 1994.
** YOBO was converted from STRIKER to DEFENDER. in year2000.
      ** IN CLUB LEVEL,
ESSIEN from(4) to (2), MIKEL from (10) to (4) by MOURINHO. Also, V.MOSES from (11) to (2) by CONTE.
*** IN BRIEF, A GOOD COACH SHOULD KNOW/HAVE ALTERNATIVE POSITION FOR GOOD & CONSISTENT PLAYERS IN A TEAM. NOT RELYING ON inconsistent, irrelevant & bench-warmer OLD EXPERIENCE players, claiming that they are giving advice/mentorship to young players.

      • One can never trust a coach who is owed months of wages and still stays in the job…..Pesiero is just an obidient coach who reads the script given to him by a very corrupt NFF…..Pesiero knows quality when he sees it and he know our best players but he just has to dance to the tune of his employer……In the interview in which he defended his last list and also spoke about Orban and Boniface you could see the mockery all over his face……He was virtually laughing at the journalists like “don’t you guys know am lying to you guys”?…..It was written all over his face…..An average coach could easily use this present players to do wonders if given a free hand like late keshi was given…….but a free hand will roughle a lot of feathers and many substandard players will lose their shirts in the national team.

  • Still trying to figure out how Gift Orban born in Nigeria, whose parents are not Belgians either by birth or by naturalization, who himself has only been in Europe for about two years, only moved from Norway to Belgium less than nine months ago, would qualify to play for Belgium at the international level this year?
Nonetheless, it would be wise for Nigeria to cap him next month.

    • Everything is possible when the thing is necessary to be done….. unlike our own NFF their own FA has this unlimited desire to improve their team and they can go to any length to achieve that desire!

Ask dem o. Dem think say na like here somebody wey still be president go dey yarn say him go go Niger Republic go retire. Indirectly telling us he is a Niger Republic citizen by ancestry and probably birth, since no records of even primary school certificate could be presented talk less of birth certificate.

  • @DiMastta
Okay lets us bring it back to Togo. If Nigeria sleep Togo will pounce do you people realize that, What is Stopping Togo from selling Orban the idea that he will be treated like a National Hero the same way Adebayor was and more so using Adebayor as a catalist for Courting him. Do you people realise how fast this boys profile is rising?..

instead of saying rubbish like aske dem o?.. Why not use your literacy and we band together and Call NFF into Order regarding Orban. but no una go dey mumu up and dan saying aske dem o. Meanwhile one mumu NFF offical Will be reading your comment knowing that they have some Dimwits Support Mtcheeew!!. NIGERIA IS NIGERIA’S PROBLEM!

People just come up with frivolous imaginary scenarios just because they want to make a point. Lmao!! Orban being chased by Belgium?? Or being watched by Belgium?? Hahahaha Mpuru Miri is always at work Lmao!! Someone that born in Nigeria by Nigerian parents na do e easy?? This is why we need to be here so that people will not make imaginary fantasies fool some gullible forumites. Lmao!! We know them, but that’s too cheap of a story to bring up. Orban is free to play for any country he so desires once he obtains their citizenship. We lost Saka and other top players, but Nigeria remains. We always compete on the global stage irrespective of the talents we have against any top opposition. Everyone knows Orban is a top talent but he still needs to take his chances whenever he gets a call up. We need to stop all these imaginary fake news just to make a point. That won’t fly on this forum.

I think there is a conspiracy theory at NFF board and coach Pesiero in recalling quality and excellent players to Super Eagles; I ask a question, why do NFF and Peseiro recall quality and active players like Orban,Boniface, Alhassan Ibrahim, Anderson Esiti, Tyronne Ebuehi,Michael Oliseh, Calib Okoli,Adarabioyo, Sebastian Osigwe,Okonkwo to SE so that the team can be strong and drastic than the flopped and shaky old SE team , I think there is a corupption in recalling old shaky players who have removed SE from the last World Cup 2022 in Qatar, and have removed SE from 16 round in the last AFCON. Cup 2021 in Comeroon by short Tunisian team who have had a short players with injuries and Corona disease.
