Former Manchester City defender, Gael Clichy, has predicted that Arsenal is capable of wrestling the Premier League title away from Man City.
Recall that Arsenal is currently on top of the Premier League table with five points ahead of Man City.
However, Clichy in a chat with talkSPORT said Arsenal have a great chance to win the Premier League title but insisted that Man City cannot be ruled out from winning the title.
“City are really strong overall because they have been there for so long now,” Clichy told talkSPORT.
“It has been ten years since they have been consistent, so you can’t just put them out, but I think Arsenal have got a great chance.
“You know the next few weeks are gonna be really important and if there is a team that can really challenge City this year, it is them.
“They’re doing everything impeccably since the beginning of the season and I really hope they can go all the way because it is a club that deserves and a manager that deserves to bring success to this team.”
