Despite transfer interest from top-flight teams, Dyer expects the forward to remain loyal and help the Hammers secure an immediate promotion.
“He’s a very great, loyal man,” Dyer told talkSPORT.
“First and foremost, he is my family, the father of my grandchildren, of course. It’s been tough for him.
“He does deserve Champions League football and whatever decision he makes, or made, I would have supported him. I don’t think he’s going anywhere, and I think he will rip up the Championship, don’t you worry yourself about that.”

The West Ham United board is firmly prioritizing an immediate return to the Premier League and views retaining key players like Bowen as vital. Bowen is under contract until 2030.
Jarrod Bowen has cemented his status as West Ham’s talisman and most clinical player, boasting 65 goals and 49 assists in over 231 appearances.
The standout English forward has continually delivered crucial goals, including iconic match-winning performances and a record-breaking streak that surpassed Michail Antonio for the most goal involvements in club history.
