Former Arsenal defender Nigel Winterburn has declared his confidence that the Gunners will lift the Premier League trophy this season.
Recall that the Gunners are at the top of the league standings with 64 points, while Manchester City sits second on 59 points.
Speaking with Tribalfootball.com, Winterburn stated that City will push Arsenal all the way this season for the league title.
“I can’t see either team will go unbeaten, so I believe Arsenal will win the title, but it’s up to the players and manager now.

“I believe Man City will push Arsenal all the way this season, but I feel Arsenal have the squad depth to go so close this season and from early on, I believe Arsenal can win the title and I haven’t seen anything from other teams who can chase Arsenal down this season.
“As a group they must show strong belief and as a unit they are playing well and can work as a group to navigate the games coming up.
“Yes Declan Rice is really critical to the team and also Gabriel in defence, but they squad is there now to remain in front and keep pushing ahead. I think the group take control now as a collective and this is a good trait to have that you can see on the pitch, they all want to achieve success.”
