Former Crystal Palace manager Alan Pardew has disclosed that the departure of Eberechi Eze and Marc Guehi has affected Crystal Palace manager Oliver Glasner’s game plan at the club.
Recall that the Austrian, who is expected to leave Palace at the end of the season, revealed he feels “abandoned” by the board after losing Eze to Arsenal and now Guehi to Manchester City.
In a chat with talkSPORT, Pardew stated it is tough for Glasner, who is constantly losing his best players.

“I do have sympathy, with Newcastle we went into it and didn’t have the squad big enough, and it hurt us in the league.
“I do have sympathy with him for that (losing Guehi),” Pardew admitted. “He lost Eze at the start of the year and yesterday that was painful.
“According to Oliver (Glasner), he was doing set plays with Guehi in the team, and then they get the shout that the deal is done, and he needs to go…I can understand him throwing his toys out of the pram.”
