China PR U-20 striker Jiaxin Huang has disclosed that facing Nigeria’s Falconet will be a highly competitive challenge in the ongoing FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup in Poland.
Her comments come directly after her standout performance, where she scored a clinical 12-minute hat-trick to lead China PR to a 5-0 group-stage victory against New Caledonia.

Having been named the Visa Player of the Match for her performance, her focus has shifted to China’s upcoming Group F fixtures against traditional heavyweights like the “African powerhouse” Nigeria.
Speaking with FIFA,com, Jiaxin stated that facing the Falconet will be a tough challenge for China on Thursday.
“I am very excited to help the team win the match. It is an honour to be top of the goalscoring standings, and I am very happy to be the first player to score a hat-trick in this competition.

“Of course [I would like to win the Golden Boot award]. We now need to focus on our next match against Nigeria, which will be a tough game.”
China PR will be desperate to go further at the tournament, having finished as runners twice in 2004 and 2006, respectively.
