Lewis Koumas headed an equaliser in time added on to earn Wales a 1-1 friendly draw at home to Black Stars of Ghana, BBC Sport reports.
The draw means Ghana are winless in their last four matches – recording three defeats and one draw.
Ghnan were denied a winning start under Carlos Queiroz as part of their World Cup preparations.
Daniel James hit the post and crossbar in quick succession for the home side during a first half which Wales controlled.
After an indifferent opening hour at a sparsely populated Cardiff City Stadium, Ghana rewarded their exuberant fans with the opening goal as substitute Caleb Yirenkyi struck on the rebound.

Wales eventually got the goal their performance deserved in the third minute of added time, when Neco Williams’ inviting cross from the right was nodded in by a stooping Koumas to score his first international goal.
Having missed out on World Cup qualification by losing to Bosnia-Herzegovina at this ground in March, this was a third game without victory for Craig Bellamy’s men, even if the performance had its bright moments.
Ghana are drawn against 1966 World Cup winners England, 2018 World Cup runners-up Croatia and Panama.
At the Qatar 2022 World Cup, Ghana crashed out in the group stage.

I saw the first half of this game.Ghana astonishingly struggled against a Wales side, with mostly inexperience players, plying their trade in the lower leagues of England.
Ghana was forced into playing route one football,as Wales controlled the game,it was like watching Barcelona play against a small team.I wondered how a team like that qualified for the world cup and always does playing shambolic football.A performance completely lacking in structure, discipline,or a coherent game plan.It calls into question the quality of African opposition in the world cup qualification,if a team such as Ghana will constantly qualify for the world cup.
It also brings to question how a team like Nigeria playing great football yet failed to qualify for back to back world cup.
Watching Ghana last night was so embarrassing,a Nigerian team with all it’s qualities will be watching from home.No disrespect to Wales,a Nigerian team on it’s current form would destroy them.
Honestly, managing our football rather than talent and quality has always been our bane and the shortcomings we have been experiencing..FIFA laws protecting even corrupt FA’s such as the NFF means they can do as they like, and for a corrupt country like Nigeria,it’s a licence for impunity and self-destruction!
That goes to show talent alone is not enough.
I also watched the game too as I have watched all the other games the black stars lost and the performance was not any different. This is perhaps the worst generation of Ghanian players I’ve ever seen. Failure at youth level is really hurting them. I could barely recognize more than 5 of their players…….but hey, they’re at the world cup and we are not…….same way South Africa too are and we are not. A team that played Panama (YES Panama) twice on their home turf and drew 1, lost the other. As if that wasn’t enough, they also played Nicaragua…..YES….. Nicaragua and still couldn’t win. A world cup bound south African team A cannot defeat Panama and Nicaragua in combined 3 attempts yet they’ll be at the world cup but we wouldn’t, even though our team B would take any of those teams to the cleaners.
The fact that SAngor docked 3 points yet finished ahead of us rubs more salt on the injury.
In a country where you have too many loudmouths, sycophants and celebrants of medicority, missing out on global opportunities will always be inevitable
Indeed, talent is not enough. The earlier we realized that, the better.
