The second half offered more of the same and the Reds extended their lead with a Salah strike and then Udogie accidentally put the ball past his own goalkeeper to add to Tottenham’s misery in what was a really poor showing for Postecoglou’s side
With four games still left to play, Liverpool have the chance to extend their points tally and further stamp their dominance on what has been a remarkable campaign.
The triumph also sees Liverpool draw level with Manchester United’s all-time record of 20 English top-flight titles, rekindling the historic rivalry between the two most successful clubs in England’s football history.
