AT LAST the D-Day is here for the much anticipated 1st NaijaSuperFans Hang-out presented by Complete Sports, Nigeria’s number one sports daily.
Starting from 12noon today, shortlisted lucky members of NaijaSuperFans will converge at the popular SportShaq Restaurant in Surulere, Lagos, to enjoy a festival of live football viewing, music, networking and fun.
Famous sports media personalities on call at today’s inaugural hangout include Deji Omotoyinbo and Bode Oguntuyi of the Sports Express fame, “football aficionado” Godwin Dudu-Orumen, Complete Sports editor Dare Esan and NaijaSuperFans president, Mumini Alao. Apart from doing live analysis of the English Premier League fixtures that will be shown on big screens, they will also lead fans of their respective favourite clubs in claiming early bragging rights as the new season warms up.
Meanwhile, prizes and gifts will be given out to deserving NaijaSuperFans members. Key amongst these are the star prize winner of the 2019 AFCON promo as well as the most active member since the launch of the forum in June this year. There will also be gifts for on-the-spot prediction of the live matches.
The three matches slated for today’s hangout are Norwich versus Chelsea at 12.30pm, Manchester United versus Crystal Palace at 3.00pm and the top of the league clash Liverpool versus Arsenal at 5.00pm.
NaijaSuperFans members selected for the inaugural hangout have received their notification via email and SMS which they will present at the gate to gain free entrance to the venue. The event will kick off at 12noon.
