The Nigeria National League (NNL) has extended the deadline day for the closure of transfer window for the second stanza of the season.
Clubs in the division now have more days to bolster their squad ahead of the business end of the campaign.
NNL Chief Operating Officer, Mr Danlami Alanana said the decision was reached after considering the strong appeal by the clubs on the deadline.
“We had to now shift the deadline from Saturday , 31 January to Friday, February, 6 2026 which aligns with the provisions of the governing rules and regulations ”
The second half of the 2025-2026 NNL season will resume on Saturday, 14 February, 2026.
17 matches from four Conferences scheduled for the resumption day.
