Senegal defender Idrissa Gueye says it will be difficult for anyone to take away the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations title from the team.
Recall that CAF stripped Senegal of their 2025 AFCON title 58 days after the tournament ended, declaring host Morocco as the winner.

The board ruled that Senegal’s walk-off in protest over a stoppage-time penalty breached Articles 82 and 84. As a result, the match was recorded as a 3-0 forfeit in favour of Morocco.
Reacting to the decision, the Everton star via his X handle stated that no one can take the AFCON title from Senegal.
“We know what we lived through that night in Rabat, and no one will be able to take that away from us, God willing,” he posted.
