Super Eagles midfielder Kelechi Nwakali says it has always been a dream for him to play in England.
The Nigerian international’s career has failed to truly live up to those heights since, and after spells across Europe, he now finds himself at Barnsley, having joined from Portuguese outfit Chaves on a three-year deal.
However, in a chat with the Yorkshire Post, Nwakali stated that he has unfinished business in England.

“It has been my dream to come back to England, so when the opportunity came again, it was the right time to do it.
“Of course, I had different options, such as going back to Spain, but I wanted to come back to England.
“It’s not unfinished business, but just to prove my worth again, and football is about moving around.”

Is really difficult to understand why his football career has refused to blossom as many expected. Is a sad thing to see such a talented young star struggling every season to resuscitate his career but all to no avail while his contemporaries are making waves in Europe top flight leagues. I pray that he can find his feat again.
