Super Eagles striker, Victor Osimhen has revealed that he still has the dream of playing in the Premier League.
Following Osimhen’s scintillating performances for Napoli this season, he has been linked to several Premier League clubs like Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United amongst others.
In a chat with Corriere Della Serra, Osimhen said that though he has entertained the idea of playing in the Premier League, he is fully focused on Napoli.
“I think it is an ambition of all players and who knows one day,” Osimhen said
“Right now, I assure you it doesn’t even cross my mind. It would distract me from a beautiful season. (I’m thinking of) only Napoli.”
Osimhen leads the Serie A goalscoring charts with 19 goals and three assists in 20 games.
Napoli sit atop the Serie A standings currently with 65 points from 24 matches.

If EPL killed the career of others in the past it does not mean the same will happen to osimhen if he goes there……. Everyone has his own unique quality and destiny……. Osimhen has all the ingredients needed in the EPL,pace,power,gile, headings, anticipation, strength,…….If Madrid or Barcelona doesn’t come for him then he should go to any of the top6 in the EPL because these are the only teams that can afford his price tag of 100 million plus at the moment……. Please stop this game time sermon for once……Why must you always be talking about game time when SE players are moving?……There is no team in world football at the moment that osimhen will not get into their first eleven…..haba
I’m not against EPL but you and I know that EPL will always want their own players ahead of yours… All I want and pray for is that anywhere he go next, he should continue shining.
