Root came through the innings despite being struck on the head by England team-mate Stuart Broad and he is determined to keep his good form with the bat going before he teams up with England again.
Root will play for Yorkshire against Hampshire and he is keen to sign off in style before he links up with England’s one-day team.
“I have to start again against Hampshire and try to make another big one,” he said. “I thought Gary Ballance played magnificently. “He had to take a bit of a barrage and dealt with it a little differently to me but just as effective.”Fastest Paying Betting Site in Nigeria: Grab your 140% First Time Deposit Bonus Now — www.Sportybet.Com Copyright © 2021 Completesports.com All rights reserved.
