Super Eagles Arrive Freetown, Undergo Covid-19  Tests

The Super Eagles have arrived Freetown ahead of Tuesday’s 2022 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying clash against the Leone Stars of Sierra Leone , reports Completesports.com.

On arrival, the entire Nigerian delegation was subjected to another COVID-19 test at the airport.

The Super Eagles will train at the Siaka Stevens Stadium at 4.45pm(Sierra Leonean time) which will be 5.45pm in Nigeria.

Gernot Rohr’s men will face the Leone Stars on Tuesday in a matchday four encounter of the 2022 AFCON qualifier at the Siaka Stevens Stadium.

The three-time African champions were held to a 4-4 draw by the Leone Stars last Friday at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium, Benin City.

    Don’t wanna sound alarmist but where those people taking pictures with the SE tested for covid 19? Aren’t they putting these guys health in jeopardy. Am I looking at it wrong? These boys should be focus on the task ahead of them not wasting time taking pictures with unnecessary people, will all of them play the match tomorrow.
