Formula 1 superstar Lewis Hamilton has confidently predicted the Gunners’ ability to beat PSG in this evening’s Champions League final.
Hamilton, who recently celebrated Arsenal ending their 22-year Premier League title drought, has been very vocal about his support for Mikel Arteta’s squad.
Special Tribute To Arsenal
The seven-time F1 world champion took the time to record a special good luck message for the Gunners. The tribute was deeply personal for Hamilton.
In his official X account, he said:”This is to the team, Arsenal, my team, I’m so proud of you guys, thank you so much for all you do.

“Keep pushing. Keep believing in yourself. I’ll be right there with you.
“I’m going to be watching this final. So just go out and have fun.”
Recall that Arteta’s side haven’t been in a Champions League final since 2006, where they lost to Barcelona thanks to two late goals from Samuel Eto’o and Juliano Belletti.
Golden Moment
Hamilton was a 19-year-old F3 driver the last time they were champions in 2004, when Arsene Wenger’s Invincibles went through the league season undefeated, and still three years away from making his debut in F1.
“We’ve had so many close moments and to finally get it was ‘wow’,” added Hamilton.
“A lot of emotion came up for me, as I’m sure for so many people – they’re just so happy and proud of the of the team.
“Obviously Arsene was great. I think the direction they’ve gone in the past couple years has been just fantastic so very inspired by what they’ve done.

“Really, really proud of the team and I think they can go from strength to strength from here and only get stronger.”
Connection to the Club
Hamilton’s ties to Arsenal date back to his childhood in Stevenage, where his sister playfully “forced” him to support the North London club when he was just five years old.
He recently admitted to shedding tears of joy when Arsenal officially won the Premier League title, and drew personal inspiration from the squad’s leadership and team-building strategies as he prepares for his own racing chapters with Ferrari.
