Feyenoord have expressed their gratitude to Nigerian striker Cyriel Dessers after his stoppage time strike earned them a hardfought 1-0 home win against AZ Alkmaar on Sunday.
Dessers came on in the 82nd minute and netted in the second minute of added time to seal the win for his side.
Against Union Berlin in the Europa Conference League on Thursday, Dessers did the same thing as he came on and got the winner with less than 20 minutes left in the 2-1 win.
Feyenoord have now won their last five games and move up to third on 25 points, just two points behind leaders Ajax.
And appreciating Dessers, Feyenoord wrote on Twitter:”We thank you, Cyriel Dessers.”
The 26-year-old has now scored four goals in seven league appearances for the Eredivisie giants.
Also, he has taken his goal tally to six in 17 games in all competitions so far this term.Fastest Paying Betting Site in Nigeria: Grab your 140% First Time Deposit Bonus Now — www.Sportybet.Com Copyright © 2021 Completesports.com All rights reserved.
