Atalanta have informed Inter Milan they will not accept a bid less than €50m for Ademola Lookman.
Inter Milan are pushing to sign the Nigeria international, and have offered €40m.
According to Football Italia, La Dea could potentially accept if Inter raised their offer to €45m plus €5m in fairly easy to achieve add-ons.
Atalanta are known to be tough negotiator, and sell when the conditions are right for them.

The payment schedule is another situation that needs to be evaluated, as it cannot be spread out too much.
Lookman also has interest from abroad with Atletico Madrid, Arsenal, Barcelona, and Liverpool credited with interest in the Nigerian.
The 27-year-old has also been linked with Serie A champions Napoli.
He registered 15 goals, and four assists in 31 league appearances for La Dea last season.
