Serie A club Bologna are looking to sign Super Eagles defender William Troost-Ekong before the end of the current transfer window.
The Rossoblù manager Sinisa Mihajlovic is looking to bring in an experience defender after his side failed to keep a clean sheet in their opening three games of the season.
According to Italian market expert, Gianluca Di Marzio, Mihajlovic is keen to lure Troost-Ekong back to Italy.

The 28-year-old played for Serie A club, Udinese between 2018 and 2020, making 66 appearances.
Troost-Ekong lost his place at Watford since returning from the Africa Cup of Nations in February.
He has barely featured for the Hornets in the Sky Bet Championship this season.

Ekong is far bigger than Bologna. He should go to Real Madrid, Tottenham, Barcelona or at worst Arsenal. Nigerian footballers should shun mediocrity.
Nigerian player hasn’t any confiedence in himself; clubs of Super Eagles overrate them in order to hinder their transfere to a big clubs; their agents are so much greedy so they agree with small clubs then they will have a commissions if they persuade SE to join them; SE players are acute, obedient, humble, clever and smart to have any technical insturctions or clear so quickly any technical insturctions; so SE can’t join any big club in Europe in this time.
