Japan head coach Michihisa Kano is aware of the quality of the Falconets and know they will make things difficult for his team.
The Asians head into the Round of 16 contest at the 2024 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup as the overwhelming favourite having won all their group matches.
The Falconets on the other hand finished second in Group D behind former champions Germany.

Kano said he is expecting a difficult duel against Chris Danjuma’s side.
“It was very good that we won all three matches but we know that the opponents will be tougher from now on,” Kano was quoted by FIFA.com.
“We need to work on improving our condition and the team’s chemistry. All the remaining teams that we will face from here on will be strong, so we must be well prepared.”
The game will hold at the Estadio El Techo, Bogota. It will kick-off of at 2am Nigeria time ( Friday morning).
