    Eredivisie: Bassey Named Ajax’s Man Of The Match In Historic League Win

    Super Eagles left-back Calvin Bassey was voted Ajax Man of the Match in their historic Eredivisie home win against NEC on Sunday.

    Ajax announced Bassey as the most outstanding player on their verified Twitter handle.

    Bassey has come under lots of criticisms from former Ajax stars.

    But the former Rangers player put in a five-star performance to help Ajax stay in touch with leaders Feyenoord.

    Black Stars forward Mohammed Kudus was the hero for Ajax as he netted the only goal of the game in the 52nd minute.

    The win against NEC means Ajax are the first-ever side to record 1500 victories in Eredivisie history.

      It is all for our good, the more criticism the more room for improvement.
      Bassey at a time wasnt Creative enough, ajax and super eagles are not teams to practice with, to be honest bassey performance against ghana in abuja was total Kindergarten, not even an homebase deffenders level, and it was part of the reasons we lost, i knew from that match that he wasnt ready for ajax, you can not lebel ajax as a racist club.becos they have reputation of developing talents from different race even holand as a nation are not.racist, whatever bassey got from ajax staffs and fans is what he needed to.deserve the eagles and ajax, the good thing is that the guy have an open.heart to learn.
