Atalanta star Ademola Lookman has been nominated for Serie A Forward of the Year in the prestigious Gran Gala del Calcio Awards.
Osimhen will battle Lautaro Martinez and Marcus Thuram, both of Inter Milan as well as AC Milan’s Rafael Leao for the award.
Atalanta are nominated for the Club of the Year, while manager Gian Piero Gasperini is also in the running for the Coach of the Year.
Lookman is recgnised for his exemplary displays for La Dea in the last two campaigns.
The Nigeria international registered 17 goals and 10 assists across all competitions for La Dea last season.

The 27-year-old has already notched eight goals and five assists in 14 appearances across all competitions this season.
Lookman finished 14th in the 2024 Ballon d’or ranking.
He is the overwhelming favourite to win the 2024 CAF Men’s Player of the Year award.
The Gran Galà del Calcio is an annual event that celebrates excellence in Italian football, recognizing the best players, coaches, clubs, and referees over the past calendar year.
The awards are determined through votes from members of the Italian Players’ Association (AIC), with winners set to be announced during a ceremony on December 2.
