Sevilla head coach Matias Almeyda has backed Adams Akor to end his goal drought, reports Completesports.com.
Akor has failed to register a goal in his last eight appearances for the Rojiblancos.
The 25-year-old also have a poor record of being constantly caught offside.
The Nigeria international has been widely criticised by the club supporters.

Almeyda is however confident the striker will soon start scoring for the club.
“He is a footballer who works a lot and needs confidence. I prefer that he is trying to right his wrongs rather than standing still,” the Argentine was quoted by Orgullobiri.
Akor has registered two goals one assist in 12 league appearances for Sevilla this season.
He is expected to be named in Nigeria’s squad for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.
