AS Roma, and Besiktas have agreed a €20m deal for Tammy Abraham, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
The Serie A club need to raise €13m by the end of June 30 to balance the books and avoid falling foul of Financial Fair Play requirements.
Abraham has also accepted to join the Turkish Super Lig giants.

The striker spent last season on loan at AC Milan after falling down the pecking order at Roma.
The 27-year-old scored 10 goals and provided seven assists in 45 appearances across all competitions for the Rooseneri.
AC Milan, who endured a difficult campaign last term opted not to buy him outright.
Roma signed the England international from Chelsea for €41m in 2021.
