    U-23 AFCON Qualifiers: Olympic Eagles Begin Camping In Ibadan Today

    In preparation for their 2023 Africa U-23 Cup of Nations qualifying fixture against Tanzania this month, the Nigeria U-23 team will begin camping in Ibadan on Monday,

    The 32 players invited to camp by Coach Salisu Yusuf and crew will train in Ibadan until a final squad is selected to depart Nigeria on 18th October for Dar es Salaam, for the first leg match scheduled for the weekend of 21st – 23rd October. The team will return to Ibadan to prepare for the return leg match that will hold at the Lekan Salami Stadium on Saturday, 29th October.

    Goalkeepers: Kayode Bankole (Remo Stars); Nathaniel Nwosu (Water FC); Edwin Emelan (Calabar Rovers); Amah John (Box-To-Box FC).

      They have made us belief we can’t do it locally. But when I saw Kwara plateau rivers united dismantle all the north African opponent that my confidence level rose up again. Seeing all the names from various local clubs .I think with proper mixing. Nothing stops them from getting a good team. .but dey wil still use politics.i know..

          Oga it is not about the wins o. It is about the quality of display or the quality of the players. Do you think that with proper guidance, training, and exposure, that Remo Stars goalkeeper can’t turn out to be another Enyeama or Rufai? Reflect on this.
