Chelsea manager Liam Rosenoir has commented on the sacking of Tottenham Hotspur handler Thomas Frank on Wednesday.
Fielding questions in his press conference Rosenoir expressed his sympathy towards Frank.
“Firstly, it’s never nice when you see a fellow manager lose their job. Thomas, I’ve met a few times. He’s a fantastic guy and a fantastic coach. It just goes to show how difficult this job can be. I wish him all the very best in the future.”
Spurs sacked Frank after just eight months in charge. Defeat at home to Newcastle proved his final game in charge, with the club slipping close to the Premier League relegation zone.

Frank was appointed at the start of the season to replace Ange Postecoglou, who was sacked despite ending the club’s long trophy drought by winning the Europa League.
But Frank has struggled to make an impression in his time in the dugout, with fans becoming increasingly critical of the former Brentford boss.
